Due to exorbitant shipping costs, it is difficult for me to ship books internationally. The shipping fees often end up being as much or more than the price of the books themselves.
The books are available through Amazon in most countries. Also most bookstores order through Ingram so you should be able to request a special order from a local bookstore.
